Author's Note: Don't get mad at me here, but yesterday I had a choice between 
watching Pokémon or Princess Mononke. I chose Princess Mononoke mainly 
because they will stop showing it in a few days. I must say that I didn't 
regret it. This story is inspired by the movie. (And I must say that Ashitaka 
is sooooo cute! Haha, sorry, Ash.)

Disclaimer: I don't own anything in this story (sadly) only the idea.

~Prolouge~

"I wonder where we are right now," Ash thought to himself. He tried turning 
the map at various 
angles but still had no luck.
    Misty rolled her eyes. "You don't need a map to know where we are," she 
scolded him. "Look!
Festivites! Carnivals! Clowns! We're in Comadia!"
    "Com a what?" Ash asked. "I don't belive I've heard of this place before."
    Misty was impatient. "Of course you haven't you buffoon. It's 
Com-ah-dee-a. It is a very
small place with hardly any pokémon. Not a lot of people have heard of this 
place before."
    "If it doesn't have a lot of pokémon, then I'm outta here!" Ash 
exclaimed, turning around.
    "Hold it, Ash," Brock interrupted. "Look over there...what a beautiful 
girl..."
    Ash and Misty looked at where Brock was pointing. There stood a pretty 
girl with long 
purple hair and big blue eyes. She was wearing a top hat and was dressed like 
a ringmaster. A
big crowd was around her.
    "Let's go see what the big deal is," Misty urged them. "Come on!" 
    "Thank you, thank you!" the girl laughed. "Thank you for coming to see 
the great Wendy! The
greatest comedian of all time!"
    "Yah? If you're so great, how come I have never heard of you before?" Ash 
shouted.
    Wendy turned to stare at Ash. But soon he gaze fell onto Misty. "Say, 
haven't I met you 
before?" she asked.
    "No..not that I can recall of.." Misty stammered.
    "Aren't you related to the Sensational Sisters?" Wendy asked.
    "Yeah, but how do you know?"
    "Well, you're not as pretty has they are but I do remembering them saying 
that they had a
talking dog going by the name of Misty," Wendy laughed. So did the audience 
around them.
    "Huh?" Misty asked angrily. "How is this funny?"
    "Everything Wendy says is funny!" a girl beside her said.
    Wendy quickly threw her top hat off and made her hair into a side 
ponytail like Misty's.
"Wow, I'm so fashionable! My hair is unique!" Everyone laughed again.
    Ash didn't see this as funny, but Misty's hairstyle on Wendy was 
hilarious. He couldn't
help but laugh along with them.
    "Gee, thanks for your support, Ash," Misty glared at him.
    "Gee, thanks for your support, Ash," Wendy mimicked. "Oi, what a squeaky 
voice you have,
Miss Misty."
    "Squeaky?" Misty screamed. "I do not have a squeaky voice!"
    "Squeak squeak squeak!" Wendy squeaked. "A voice of a mouse and the looks 
of a dog. How
you could be related to the beautiful sisters, I do not know."
    Everyone was in laughter now, except for Misty, Brock, and Pikachu.
    "Dog?" Misty whispered. "Mouse? I.." She stood there and tears began 
forming.
    "Ash.." Brock warned. "Look..."
    Ash looked at Misty who was crying softly. He immediately stopped 
laughing. Then, turning
to see Wendy with that ridiculous hair, he began laughing again.
    "Pikachu, shock her!" Brock commanded.
    "Pika...PIKACHU!" Pikachu screamed as it shocked Wendy.
    "Owwww," Wendy moaned as she turned charcoal black.
    "Isn't that funny, folks? Isn't that just a laugh?" Brock asked everyone.
    Nobody laughed.
    "If you can't laugh at Wendy, then you shouldn't laugh at anyone else," 
Brock told them.
"And I'm disappointed in you, Ash." He then noticed that Misty was gone. 
"Come on, Pikachu,
let's go find Misty!"
    Pikachu acquiested and the two ran off in search of Misty.
    Ash realized that he made a mistake. "Wait you two!" He began running 
after them.
    "You stink!" everyone shouted at Wendy. "Let's go to the circus!"

    "Misty, wait!" Ash shouted.
    Brock, Pikachu, and Ash spotted Misty on a hill, far from Comadia.
    "Get away from me, you jerk!" Misty screamed at Ash. "How dare you run 
after me! Go away!
I don't want to follow you anymore. You know where the Cerulean Gym is, bring 
my bike there!"
    There was a shout. Then, a flash of darkness came swooping by. 
Instantaneously, it was
gone.
    But so was Misty.
    Ash, Brock, and Pikachu could only stare at the hill where Misty was 
standing. All of a
sudden, they could hear a, "AAAAAASSSHHHH!"
    Then, there was silence.
